Ciao, mi chiamo Laura e sono, in primis, una urban/mountain sketcher. Amo viaggiare con lo sketchbook nello zaino, che sia per il mondo, in città o in montagna. Il mio modo di vedere e disegnare su carta quello che mi circonda rispecchia la mia particolare visione, essendo nata con un problema agli occhi chiamato nistagmo congenito. Ho sempre scritto storie fin da bambina, amo leggere e immaginare mondi. Per me disegnare luoghi del mondo si inscrive in questa parte di me e si è evoluto con l’illustrazione.
La tecnica che prediligo è l’acquerello, ma amo lavorare anche con acrilici, gouache, olio e pittura digitale.
Hi, my name is Laura, and I'm an urban/mountain sketcher. I love traveling with a sketchbook in my backpack, whether around the world, in the city, or in the mountains. The way I see and draw what surrounds me on paper reflects my unique vision, having been born with an eye condition called congenital nystagmus. I've always written stories since I was a child; I love reading and imagining worlds. For me, drawing places around the world is part of this part of me and has evolved with illustration.
My favorite technique is watercolor, but I also love working with acrylics, gouache, oil and digital painting.
